LasFest 2018

LasFest 2018 – Wild Boar Edition is the first release of an innovative, trend-setting theater festival, which will take place in Solniki 44, located adjacent to the Knyszyn Forest, in the Green Lungs of Poland (near to the capital city of Podlasie region – Białystok). The Forest Stage, led by the creators of Coincidentia Group, will host performances, concerts, research works by artists from Poland, Netherlands, Germany and Israel between 9th and 15th of August. The idea of LasFest came from freelance theatrical experts from around the world searching for new means of stage expression. The performances will be accompanied by musical presentations, research works and chat sessions with invited artists. The repertoire consists of a selection of fascinating proposals of freelance theaters, staged in the inspiring forest venue of Solniki 44, located in the middle of Europe’s oldest and largest forest region. The only neighbors to distract you will be the wild boars!

Each edition of LasFest will have its patron. In 2018 it will be the animal personification of self-control and impulsiveness – the Wild Boar.
