Culinary workshop "Forest and Meadow"
Michalina Kostecka
A culinary encounter with nature – workshop inspired by forest and meadow
Led by: Michalina Kostecka – food art artist
We invite you to a unique culinary workshop where nature becomes both the guide and the main ingredient of our dishes.
Under the attentive guidance of Michalina Kostecka – an artist who combines culinary practice with art and a deep sensitivity to nature – we will embark on a sensory journey through the flavors of the forest and the meadow. We will learn how to embrace the richness of wild cuisine and how to create dishes using plants that grow all around us, often overlooked and underestimated.
The program includes:
- identifying and exploring wild edible plants: forest and meadow herbs, flowers, fruits such as wild strawberries, blueberries, and sloe
- cooking with local, natural ingredients: fresh goat and sheep cheeses, honey, pickled foods, and seasonal vegetables
- learning how to compose flavors with respect for nature’s rhythm, seasonality, and simplicity
- co-creating dishes that delight not only with taste but also with form – inspired by the aesthetics of food art
This workshop is not only a hands-on cooking experience but also an inspiring encounter with nature and a chance to discover the harmony between food, art, and the senses.
No cooking experience is necessary – just openness, curiosity, and an appetite for new experiences.
Workshop duration: 150 minutes
