Zero-Waste Culinary Workshop with Michalina Kostecka
The Zero-Waste Culinary Workshop is a practical session for everyone who wants to cook in a tasty, creative, and more mindful way. During the workshop, Michalina Kostecka will show participants how to reduce food waste, plan shopping more effectively, store products properly, and make use of ingredients that often end up in the bin.
Participants will learn simple ways to give a second life to leftovers, stale bread, peels, and seasonal vegetables. In the practical part, they will cook together under the guidance of the workshop leader, preparing tasty and healthy dishes in line with the Zero Waste philosophy.
The session will end with a tasting of the prepared dishes, an exchange of ideas, and a conversation about how to reduce kitchen waste in everyday life. This workshop is for people who want to save money, act more sustainably, and discover that Zero Waste cooking can be simple, full of flavour, and accessible to everyone.
